Who we are

Jobmand provides operations software for construction and field-service companies. This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit this website or use the Jobmand application, and why.

Data we process

Account data: company name, user names, email addresses and passwords (stored hashed).

Business data you enter: customers, projects, estimates, invoices, files, photos and messages.

Time-tracking data: clock-in and clock-out times and, when QR clock-in is used, the device location at the moment of the scan.

Billing data: subscription status and payment identifiers. Card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe, and never reach our servers.

How we use it

To provide and support the service, to bill your subscription, to keep the service secure, and to tell you about changes that affect your account. We do not sell personal data.

Your company’s data

Your company is the controller of the business data it enters in Jobmand; we process it on your behalf. Each company’s data is isolated from every other company’s.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run Jobmand — hosting, payment processing and email delivery — and when the law requires it.

Retention and your rights

We keep data for as long as your account is active and as required by law afterwards. You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data by writing to support@jobmand.com.
