Terms of Service

The service

Jobmand is a subscription software service. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your company.

Accounts

You are responsible for the users you invite, for keeping credentials confidential, and for the accuracy of the data your company enters.

Trial, billing and cancellation

Paid plans start with a free trial. A payment card is required to start the trial and the subscription is charged automatically when the trial ends, then every billing period, until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your data

You keep all rights to the data your company enters. You grant us the permission needed to host and process it to provide the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use Jobmand to break the law, to infringe others’ rights, to attempt to access another company’s data, or to disrupt the service.

Electronic signatures

Jobmand provides tools to collect electronic signatures on estimates and contracts. You are responsible for the content of those documents and for their legal suitability in your jurisdiction.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
